- Propuesta mejoras en los sistemas de monitorización con el objetivo de facilitar la gestión y cumplimiento de SLAs desde la operación.
- Proponer/realizar correcciones de DATOS
- Realización de informes de capacidad.

- Creación e informado de tickets en remedy sobre los distintos casos derivados de peticiones de cliente, PMO, LCEs y revisiones de KPIs.
